Wiles Gardens Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Wiles Gardens Referral Program! By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
The referral program is open to all existing Wiles Gardens customers.
The referred customer (friend) must be new to Wiles Gardens and have no prior service history with us.

2. How It Works
Refer your friends, family, or neighbours to Wiles Gardens using the first line of your address as a referral code.
When your referred friend either completes four (4) paid visits or hires us for one of our other services within 12 months, you will earn a £100 John Lewis voucher as a thank-you.

3. Reward Criteria
The referred customer must:
Complete at least four (4) separate paid service visits.
If hired for an alternative service the project must meet a minimum spend of £1500.
Fully pay for all visits without cancellations or refunds.
Vouchers will only be issued after all criteria are met and payments have been verified.

4. Reward Distribution
Rewards will be sent to the referrer via email within 14 days of the referred customer’s fourth qualifying visit or the completion of a project.
The reward is a £100 John Lewis voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
Vouchers are subject to John Lewis’ terms and conditions.

5. Program Limitations
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, but each referral must meet the program’s conditions.
Self-referrals, referrals to individuals within the same household, or any fraudulent referrals will not qualify for rewards.

6. Program Exclusions
Services outside regular or contracted garden work, such as one-off consultations or minor tasks, may not count toward qualifying visits.
Referred customers must complete their four qualifying visits within 12 months of their initial service with Wiles Gardens.

7. Program Abuse
Wiles Gardens reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any referral suspected of fraud, misuse, or abuse of the program.

8. Program Changes
Wiles Gardens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect rewards for referrals made before the modification or termination date.

9. Miscellaneous
Participation in the referral program constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
